Group thinking sessions are always a great way to create ideas. Everyone gets to through in their idea of what they want out of it and what they think should happen. The ideas are built up upon and criticized until an idea that everyone agrees with is made.

I had never done any type of geotagging, the free software was very easy to use.

In previous classes we had done annotated bibliographies but we did not utilize EndNote. Using EndNote helped a lot and made making references much easier.

Being a visual observer hasn't changed much since I have started this program. Radio communication has been a common strategy for extending visual line of sight

This assignment had a good range of topics to choose from. I decided ethics because I think a lot of controversy covers this and it interests me. There wouldn’t be much to change to make it better. A reading assignment was good to learn more of the background behind the predator drone.

This was a good assignment, a general proposal. Nothing one could change to make it better.

4. What types of learning strategies would you recommend to make the activity even better?

This activity was amazing. I personally am a hands-on learner. This was an awesome opportunity for us to talk to a company about their system and how they operate, what they like to see, and their opportunities. Being able to see a full system working was, simply put, one of the best learning experiences about UAS I have had. Watching multi-thousand-dollar systems being put to work was an awesome experience for me, which had no real experience watching this. Very cool demonstration, this should be repeated has much as possible for future classes.

4. What types of learning strategies would you recommend to make the activity even better?

This learning activity would be great for people who have flown lower level commercial drones to experience a more serious, costly drone. The pre-flight and post-flight check lists help users create a safer and more professional environment. I think this activity is great, for what the assignment was there isn't much to make it better. Making a concise checklist is a must for anyone wanting to fly drones commercially or even manufacture ones.

This type of assignment has been used before. It is a great assignment to refresh your memory about a market that you already know about or to let your learn about a different market. It shows just how versatile hobby level commercial drones are and how expensive business class drones can be.

This assignment, for me, was a broad look at how UAS interacts in different aspects of society. As a class, we had already talked a great deal about different markets and different technologies used in each market. This assignment felt like a refresher on UAS markets and interactions with each other.

Never made a blog before so learning how to use blogger was the biggest challenge, but after making a couple of pages and inserting some text it became easier.
